Questions

What counts toward cloud storage?

Uploaded videos, evidence attachments, and recoverable trash count until they are permanently removed. Metadata, comments, and recordings kept only on your machine do not count.

What happens at 10 GB?

New cloud uploads pause, but local recording continues and existing cloud recordings stay playable, shareable, and downloadable. The dashboard warns at 80%, 90%, and 95% before the limit.

Can I cancel Pro myself?

Yes. Billing, invoices, payment methods, and cancellation are available from the workspace billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Will a downgrade delete recordings?

No. An over-limit workspace becomes read-only for new cloud uploads. Existing recordings remain available, and you can download or permanently remove them yourself.

Are subscription charges refundable?

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact the service operator promptly so it can be reviewed.
