Privacy
Record stores the information needed to capture, publish, review, share, and bill for agent recordings.
Workspace data
Recordings, metadata, comments, playback progress, and agent activity belong to the workspace that created them. Cloud videos and evidence are stored privately and delivered through short-lived authorized links.
Service providers
Record may use Stripe for subscriptions, an object-storage provider for cloud files, and Resend for transactional account and billing email. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Record.
Viewer analytics
Playback analytics use pseudonymous viewer identifiers and do not expose raw viewer secrets to workspace users.
Retention and controls
Workspace owners can revoke credentials and share links, download recordings, move recordings to recoverable trash, or permanently empty trash. Plan retention periods are shown before deletion.
