Use Record only on devices, accounts, and content you are authorized to capture.
Authorized recording
You are responsible for obtaining any permission required to record a display, microphone, application, or person.
Secure operation
Keep workspace, agent, and share credentials private and revoke them promptly if they are exposed.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Failed payments may pause new cloud uploads after the stated grace period without affecting local capture or immediate access to existing data.
Refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Suspected billing errors should be reported promptly to the service operator for review.
Storage and retention
Cloud allowances include videos, evidence, and recoverable trash. Record does not immediately delete data solely because a workspace downgrades above its allowance. Permanent trash removal cannot be undone.
Service expectations
Self-hosted and preview deployments are provided under the repository license and should be evaluated before production use.
