What counts

• Published recording videos count toward cloud storage.

Cloud Free

Every workspace starts with 10 GB, two connected agents, secure review links, comments, approvals, downloads, and basic playback analytics. No payment card is required.

Pro

Pro includes 100 GB, unlimited connected agents, collections, advanced analytics, signed webhooks, removable branding, and 30-day recoverable trash for $15 per workspace each month or $150 each year.

At the limit

Record preserves the local video and returns a structured WORKSPACE_QUOTA_EXCEEDED error containing usage, allowance, required bytes, local path, and the billing URL. Existing cloud recordings remain playable, shareable, and downloadable.

Payment and cancellation

Stripe securely handles payment details, invoices, and cancellation. A failed payment receives a seven-day grace period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; an over-limit workspace becomes read-only instead of deleting recordings.
